Teddy Tunes classes are strictly parent / caregiver accompanied classes. 

 

Teddy Tunes will endeavour to ensure that equipment used in classes is fit for purpose and safe for use but that no warranty is given nor responsibility assumed 

 

All participants in Teddy Tunes classes must be under adult supervision at all times. 

 

The responsibility and safety of your child/ward during any Teddy Tunes class is that of the parent/caregiver. 

 

Unfortunately, no child/ward who is presently suffering from and/or receiving treatment for illness which would render it unsafe to take part in a Teddy Tunes class or put at risk the health of other class participants will be allowed to attend a Teddy Tunes class. Teddy Tunes reserves the right to ask any child/ward to leave the class if these circumstances exist. 

 

Teddy Tunes holds no responsibility for any injury to participants, loss or damage to property as a result of participation in classes. 

 

Participation in any Teddy Tunes classes (including without limitation use of toys, props, the use of equipment by others, games and dancing) by a child/ward is undertaken at their own risk. 

 

By attending a Teddy Tunes class, the parent/caregiver agrees to waive all claims that they or their child/ward have or may have in the future against Teddy Tunes. Teddy Tunes is released from all liability for any claim, loss, damage, expense or injury that your child may suffer arising from or connected to participation in a Teddy Tunes class. 

 

At times photographs and video recordings of classes may be made for the purpose of quality control, staff teaching and promotional use. Occasionally photos may be used on Facebook and Instagram. If you wish for your child/ ward NOT to be photographed or videoed in class please inform us via e-mail info@teddy-tunes.com 

 

Class Schedules / Cancellations / Payments 

 

Teddy Tunes cannot guarantee classes will run to schedule. Whilst Teddy Tunes endeavours to operate classes as per the published timetable, changes are sometimes required due to venue availability and fluctuation in demand. We reserve the right to change course dates, times and venues at our discretion. 

 

Any changes to classes will be communicated via WhatsApp, e-mail, phone, website and social media accounts with as much notice as possible. 

 

All Teddy Tunes trial classes are free of charge. 

 

Payment can be made through Teddy Tunes website, PayNow, Bank transfer or in cash. 

 

All fees are non-refundable. 

 

Teddy Tunes packages have no expiry date.
